It's a three span steel girder bridge on tall reinforced concrete piers.The piers have an interesting flare that ends in a concrete key to attach to the steel end diaphragms. This bridge is in the middle of nowhere and so they must have built a concrete plant nearby.
The photo below shows what the river looks like under this bridge (in December).

The reason you can't find information on this bridge is that you have the wrong river. This bridge is over the Rubicon.
