February 2001 (23.040 Degrees, 72.573 Degrees) Subhash Bridge This bridge is near Mahatma Gandhi's ashram on the banks of the Subarmati River. The ashram is now one of several museums in Ahmedabad that tell the story of Gandhi's life and work. The Subarmati River is quite dry in the photo but it can overtop the bridges that cross the Subarmati River during the monsoon season (June to September). |
