My friend and cubicle neighbor Allaoua holding a delaminated bridge bearing from the Isser River Bridge. Allaoua acted as our guide and interpreter on our trip to Algeria. He promised to provide me some photos of some beautiful bridges in his hometown of Constantine, Algeria. Hopefully, we'll get them in the next few days.
